"GROWING" FORWARD:

* Discussion Activity:

YOU WILL NEED TO READ AND REFLECT ON THIS PRIOR TO 8/26 GROUP

 1)  Planting Our Intentions for Wellness -ROOTS

YOU WILL NEED TO READ/LISTEN PRIOR TO 8/26 GROUP

2) * New Yorker Magazine article

The Therapeutic Power of Gardening
Can anxious minds find solace working with plants? A therapist and her husband, a garden designer, say yes.

* There is audible recording embedded within the article (between the title and the article itself) for the added support in comprehension of being able to listen and read the information.  LOVE THAT!

* Audio recording is 30 minutes long so you will need to have read/listened before group to participate in discussion.
